PILATES INTRO

Ideal if you are totally new to Pilates or returning after a break. This course introduces the basic principles of the method. You will learn the exercises, breathing techniques and postural control which are the ‘building blocks’ for more challenging movements.

BEGINNER

These classes are aimed at students who have done some basic Pilates. The exercise repertoire is more challenging, building on existing knowledge and ability. We increase the resistance the body works with and introduce more versatile movement to make you even stronger, leaner and fitter.

INTERMEDIATE
body-strength

INTERMEDIATE

For students who have built up several terms of practice and are relatively injury free! The classes increase in tempo, extending the repertoire and adding more choreography. We continue to increase challenge and introduce more versatile movement to make you even stronger, leaner and fitter.

Mixed Level
body-strength

Mixed Level

Mixed level classes will cater to a range of abilities. We challenge your strength, balance and co-ordination using a mix of exercise props (such as balls, rollers and bands) and through the choreography of movements.
