Studio Sessions

Pilates studio equipment offers so many benefits that for many people it is the only way to practice Pilates!  We believe that integrating Pilates studio apparatus into your regular practice is the ultimate in true full body workout.

Using spring resistance to add challenge (or indeed aid movement), the Reformer, Tower and Wunda Chair equipment offer literally hundreds of exercise combinations to work you physically and mentally!

We offer small group, Duo and 1-2-1 sessions  where we blend the Pilates Reformer, Tower and other pieces of specialist Pilates apparatus into the exercise repertoire.

121 sessions are tailored to your specific needs so the exercise programme we develop includes a mix of exercises in the studio and some for you to follow at home if you choose. For many clients the knowledge they gain through 121 sessions about their posture, movement patterns and muscle imbalances are invaluable in helping them achieve the results they are looking for.

Studio/121 sessions are usually recommended if you have chronic/severe back or other musculoskeletal conditions, at least initially, so that we work very specifically and ensure safe exercise protocol.
